Squid dipping in boiling vinegar.

Ingredients:
– 300gr cleaned squid, knife the dragon scales on the squid, then cut into slices to taste.
– Approx. 20 ricepapers.
– 1/2 onion, thinly sliced.
– 1 chilli, slice into fiber.
– 200gr rice vermicelli.
– raw vegetables.
– 1 star fruit(Carambola)
– 1 green banana.
– 1/4 of the pineapple, fermented anchovy paste(Mam nem), seasoning by sugar and lemon.
Mix vinegar liquid: 1 bowl of water + 4 tablespoons vinegar + 2 smashed lemongrass stalks + 1/4 onion, sliced + 1 teaspoon of sugar + 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt.
Implementation:
Boil vinegar liquid . Lettuce, onion lined plate. Showing squid up, laying chilies.
Serve with raw vegetables, pineapples, sliced green bananas, rice vermicelli, ricepapers, seasoning fermented anchovy paste.
Enjoy: vinegar liquid boiled, dip squid in for 5 secs, then put on a piece of ricepaper, roll with raw vegetables, pineapples, green banana slices, rice vermicelli, and dot in the seasoning fermented anchovy paste. Tremendous taste!!!
