My dream home is, to put it simply, an old house. One with like, a secret stairway/tower thing…I think they call it a Victorian-style home? I’m not 100% on that.

I rather liked the goofy house with the nice wood pieces. I’m 5′ 8″ though. A bit too tall for a 6′ ceiling all the way around.

for 200,000 you can be the king of a village in African……the value is not in the house alone, its about the environment, lifestyle. Dubai is empty nowadays since everyone bought expensive properties during the boom but lost their jobs and can’t afford to pay back the loan, then escape out of the country. I bet you could even hear echos.
Do you know the current real estate market in Japan, whether it has declined or increased over the past couple years? In America Real estate market has crashed, housing has decreased 25-40%, but in China there was a housing boom over the past few years with properties increasing 100-400% in just 3-4 years.
